Who do you use for Shipping Services?

Eco Estie Co. LLC ships through USPS and UPS but reserves the right to ship orders via any shipping carrier at any time, at our discretion.

Orders placed between Monday - Friday will ship within 24 hours of the time the order is placed. For orders placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, as well as weekend or holiday orders*, orders will ship within 24 hours of the next business day. Delivery times will vary depending on the carrier and shipping method selected at checkout.

• Standard: 2 to 4 business day delivery window after shipment date

*Delivery times are estimated/expected and are subject to change due to carrier circumstances which in most cases are out of our control. The standard delivery time is "typical" and doesn't account for inclement weather, or changes in carrier shipping policies.

It is our mission at Eco Estie Co. LLC to ship products of only the highest quality. Due to issues of hygiene, we cannot accept certain product returns. Any sale items will not be accepted for returns.

What should I do if I received a defective product?

First off, oh no! In the event that your order arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact Eco Estie Co. LLC within seven (7) days of delivery at hello@ecoestieco.com

Please include your order number and photos so we can assist you more efficiently. We will either refund you or replace the items within fourteen (14) days.
