About

Intentional beauty rooted in something deeper.

You’re not here for fast trends, flashy packaging, or a beauty industry that demands more than it gives. You’re here because you care—not just about your clients, but about the impact your work makes on the planet.

I get it. I’ve been there.

Years ago, I was deep in the beauty industry hustle—high-maintenance routines, toxic ingredients, and an overwhelming amount of waste that no one seemed to talk about. Especially as a service provider, the disposables add up fast. Multiply that across a full salon team, and it’s... a lot.

We either stay blind to it—or we make a choice. I chose to create a business that aligned with my values, and invites others to do the same.

This is the heart of ECO Estie Co.

Every tool we offer is designed to help you work with more ease and less waste. Bamboo where plastic used to be. Compostable where single-use reigned. Conscious sourcing and thoughtful packaging that actually reflect the work we do as beauty professionals. No greenwashing. No fluff.

Because what we bring into our spaces matters. And the conversations we have with clients? They matter too. Not just about lashes or brow shapes—but about values, alignment, and care. Your beauty business is where your unique energy shows up. Let it be intentional.

Portrait of Jess

A little about me

I'm Jess—licensed cosmetologist since 2012 and proud lash + brow artist working from a cozy at-home studio where things are quiet, personal, and intentionally slow.

I’ve worn a lot of hats over the years—nail tech, salon manager, full-service stylist—but I’ve found my rhythm working solo, offering services that feel more connected and grounded.

I’m a lifelong nature girl at heart. My mom, a landscaper and land surveyor, raised me outside—planting, raking, pruning, climbing trees, and helping out in her perennial and veggie gardens. These roots run deep.

Today, I compost almost everything, grow my own food, and yep—I’ll talk your ear off about backyard chickens or garden planning if you let me.

When I’m not with clients, you can find me barefoot in the garden, drinking French press coffee, or smelling my dog's paws (yes, I said it). And my inner soundtrack? Bill Withers’ "Lovely Day."
