Shipping

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $50
  • Free Shipping on all subscription orders, no matter the size
  • Standard flat-rate shipping is $6.95 for all other orders

Processing Time:
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 2–4 business days. Subscription orders follow your selected schedule and ship automatically with the same timeline.

Shipping Materials:
We use recyclable, compostable, and reused shipping materials whenever possible to reduce waste and honor our low-impact values.

Returns + Exchanges

We’re a small business built on thoughtful practices, and because of the nature of our products (hygiene-related disposables), all sales are final.

That said, we want you to be completely happy with your experience. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at hello@ecoestieco.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo so we can make things right.
